Design Assistance

VAI can help clients develop requests for proposals (RFP) and/or requests for qualifications (RFQ) for architectural services and assist clients in evaluating responses to the requests.  During design, VAI works with the client to maintain the integrity of the Pre-architectural Program, verify compliance with relevant standards, and to develop Staffing Plans.  VAI may use a Design Issues Workbook to track decisions made and issues to be addressed so they are not forgotten or misinterpreted.
