Transition

Having been through the transition process ourselves, VAI staff has first-hand knowledge of the importance of planning for the move and facility start up. During this critical time, we help clients to create a transition plan, develop policy and procedure manuals, develop and provide training, plan the logistics of the move, and provide a wide spectrum of other services.
